Yeah, Black self rule is working out so well for Detroit, isn’t it? I suppose it shouldn’t be surprising that Detroit, once a major center of American industry, now looks like any random urban center in Post-Colonial Africa.

Ouch! I just can’t come to grips with how individuals can spend all their waking hours…..wasting them – rather than in the pursuit of knowledge, enlightenment, and happiness?
Standing around in squalor, rattling off the same nonsensical, unintelligible drivel as the day before (and the day before…..etc,) just makes no bloody sense!!
Why not do something worthwhile???

Simply put, those who are not themselves worthwhile rarely do anything which is itself worthwhile, Buffet.

Why be content to just exist…..and never ponder anything loftier than a basketball or malt liquor though?

Because to do otherwise would take effort, risk failure, and separate them from their culture and peers. The latter, in the Black Community, can be a risky endeavor.
Also, they’ve been bred to fail and be worthless. By the time they’re in a position to do anything they’re too far gone to be salvaged, much less salvage themselves.

The are however, many shining examples to the contrary. Sergio Oliva, Lee Haney, Serge Nubret, Robbie Robinson, Ronnie Coleman, and Phil Heath, to name just a few.
